Our commitment to associate wellbeing

Associate wellbeing is a top organizational priority at MedStar Health. Our nationally recognized Center for Wellbeing provides associates with resources and services such as career coaches, expedited mental health services, care for the caregiver resources, and backup dependent care.

Our wellbeing efforts have earned recognition from the American Medical Association, the Maryland Department of Health, and a gold level “Well Workplace” award from the Wellness Council of America.
